Civil wedding ceremony performed by Francisco Ibarra Rivera (English and Spanish spoken) as justice of peace.

I will perform your ceremony in two parts Part one (in English) American way includes the introduction according to the American protocol. Also I do readings about the importance of marriage (normally I ask one of the members of the bride or groom family to read them).

I do the exchange of vows ceremony I suggest writing your vows or I can write your vows according to your personality. I do the rings ceremony I explain the meaning of the ring and confirm with more vows the exchange of rings.

Unity sand ceremony (Bride and Groom pour sand from two glasses into a larger vase representing the blending of our lives into and inseparable, larger entity. Need two glasses and one Vase)

Part two I do the ceremony and protocol according the Mexican laws of Guerrero's state. I do it and Spanish then in English.

Documents Required for Legal Weddings in Zihuatanejo Mexico

At least two days before the ceremony I will require you photocopies of your documents. I will e-mail you the wedding application to be filled out with type machine writing.

I'm open to changes and suggestions for your civil wedding ceremony. I require the following documents for each of you (bride and groom)

• Passport (2 photocopies)
• Birth Certificate (2 photocopies)
• Tourist Card (2 photocopies) available upon arrival at the airport.
• Medical Certificate (no required any more)
• Divorce certificate (2 photocopies) only if you were married before mentioning the name of the person you were married before, and the date and the cause of this dissolution.
• Wedding application form.( I will e-mail it to you, then you return to me (filled out)
• Four witnesses (two for the groom and two for the bride) with ID (Driver’s license or passport photocopies) the parents can’t be witnesses and people under 18 years old either.

Photographer Edson will interview the Bride and Groom to schedule wedding pictures before the ceremony and locations, wedding pictures check list.

The Photographers shoot candid and posed pictures and wedding details pictures.

The photographer will deliver pictures in slide show Cd’s and stills pictures Cd’s for you to print.

Food to be provided by the client.

Digital Wedding Destination Photographers

Edson and his assistant German Will do a professional work shooting all your digital wedding photos taking advantage of all the nature beauties and backdrops that will frame the bride and groom, bridal party, family and friends.

We will give you a couple of a DVD’S, one for photo prints and the other one presented with slideshow photos and music.

We are very careful to select and designed roses and flowers for your bride bouquet, ceremony and reception.

We can e-mail you pictures of the bride bouquets, arches, center pieces, etc.

We have available all types of flowers and roses: tulips, orchids, calla lilies, liciantus, larkspurs, daisies, roses, minioroses, gerberas, bird of paradise freesias, gardenias, stephanotis, delphiniums, carnations and many more.

We have traditional, round-style bouquets wich are the most popular with brides and their attendants, simply but elegant styling suitable for formal and informal weddings.

Round-style bouquets can vary in size from large to small, but like cascade bouquet, they should be proportional in size to the person who will be carrying it.

Cascading bouquets are a traditional favorite with brides because of its full flowing appearance. Flowers for your children in your wedding should be proportional to the size of the child so they are easy to hold and do nor overpower the child.

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. As soon as you decide to do your wedding event or your vows renewal with us you will have to make a 150.00 USD deposit to hold your wedding date with us.
2. We recommend you to fill out your wedding application with machine type writing and send it to us before your arrival including the documents required.
3. We charge you a coordination fee according to the number of persons. This fee includes all the services and activities of your wedding day. Also the activities during the week: Rehearsal dinner, Bachelor or Bachelorette party, fishing, snorkeling, golf, kayaking, water sport activities, sunset tours and many more.
4. If you send us your mailing address we will send you a DVD containing wedding videos. You will see different wedding sites and details.

6. My family owns the Hotel Casa Don Francisco, the restaurant La perla on la ropa beach (very famous location for weddings on the beach during the sunset).
